Managing Neurodivergence
Growth training
Everybody is different; even identical twins have different genetic makeups. We know that not everyone manages situations nor behaves in the ‘expected’ way as a result of how their brains process information. In the workplace these differences can become even more exacerbated. This course helps managers to support those with learning differences to thrive in the workplace.

Every member of your team brings their own, unique evolutionary inheritance to the party. Each person’s ability is instrumental to the organisation’s success. However, at times, a team member who identifies as neurodivergent may do things in an atypical manner that may feel confusing or frustrating. Likewise, that individual may feel that others’ ways of doing things are equally confusing or frustrating. How can we learn to appreciate and make the most of our differences?
Behaviours are categorised within a framework of neurodivergence. What does this mean?
This day-long course drives an understanding of neurodivergence through an easy-to-understand behavioral model to make sense of what these diagnoses, from ADHD and dyslexia to ASD and sensory processing disorder, really mean. Delegates will learn key strategies to create a workplace environment that is supportive and accommodating of neurodivergent individuals, ensuring their emotional needs are met and that their unique contribution are recognised and contribute towards success for all.
